About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sale Team in Beijing. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast in specific geographic area.
The role will be located at our facility in Beijing, China.
- Develop profitable sales opportunities, proactively make sales calls
- Develop new business to align with Gore business needs
- Ensure the KOL management, market data collection, etc., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-term customer relationships
- Ensure the cooperation with other product specialists are active and constructive, to achieve team goals and objectives
- Implement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques
- Implement Gore’s product strategy, understand the needs of the customer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical or medicine
- Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area
- Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment
- Be able to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of self-motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Commercial acumen, High integrity and capable
- Ability to travel extensively up to 60% and attend weekend conferences as required
