About the Role: We are looking for a Tenders, Offers and Contracts Specialist (f/m/d)  to join our Medical team in Italy who will be responsible for the tender, offer and sales contract administration for all our Medical Products in Italy. This role is ideally based in Verona Italy, but open for remote work.

 

This is a temporary contract for 12 months.

 

 

Responsibilities: 
  • Tracking, searching and responding to new tender opportunities in very close cooperation with field sales and our legal department
  • Ownership to drive the administrative completion and population of the tender documentation
  • Collating the requested information from a range of different sources within Gore and ensuring high quality and accurate inclusion in the tender documentation
  • Ensure the renewal and extension of existing tenders and offers, driving all processes to completion, within specific timescales
  • Track and record all contractual results and informing your internal partners of the outcomes and contractual impacts
  • Ensure that pricing data is correct and provide product related information when required
  • Work on projects to improve the quality of our business processes leading to a better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services as perceived by our customers
  • Proactively resolving complex problems/requests
  • Interacting with different functions across various European/US locations and cultures
  • Follow quality system policy, procedures and objectives
 

Required Qualifications: 

  • University/bachelor level education preferred with relevant experience
  • Ideally a strong background of tenders, offers and contracts management, preferably within the health sector
  • Proven experience of owning and driving complex administrative processes from a procurement, legal, contracting or other background will be considered as cross training will be provided
  • Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy plus good judgement and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Able to interact effectively with a range of functions including field sales, regulatory, pricing and legal teams
  • Strong ownership and proactive delivery focus, able to work to deadlines and stress resistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, English on a good level, any other European language would be a plus
  • Approximately 5 % travel

 

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
