About the Role: We are looking for a Forecast-to-Plan (FTP) Business Group Workstream Lead to help establish, lead, and align inter-plant based activities to support digital transformation efforts to realize value by regional or global process harmonization within the Aerospace, Defense and Semiconductor business group. The strategic outcome is to modernize our business processes and systems to simplify and automate our work and make information readily available. This role has an outlook to grow into a Global Business Process owner role eventually.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our Paper Mill West facility in Newark, Delaware or Fair Hill facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of a specific set of processes within the business group FTP workstream and influence the realization of value through process harmonization across plants
  • Apply process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes within the FTP workstream
  • Act as a liaison between the SAP implementation team, the divisional Workstream Lead, the plant workstream SMEs and the business stakeholders
  • Ensure that the business processes are aligned with the overall strategy and objectives of the organization 
  • Ensure that all parallel project activities are in alignment with the overall strategy and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account for, in conjunction with SMEs, IT and business teams, site readiness across the Division pertaining to the workstream process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience on the job
  • Minimum of 3 years of planning experience
  • Experience in Business Process Management including modeling, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes to meet strategic goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and multicultural skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence leaders and team members, while facilitating discussions with multiple groups / cross-functional team
  • Proven track record of delivering results for complex cross-functional or global projects with significant business impact
  • Experience in working with users to define and translate needs for a process or system
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and problem solving skills to challenge assumptions and drive decisions
  • Ability to support the global team through early morning and evening calls and ability to travel internationally up to 10%

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodology, in implementing software projects and in Business Analysis or Business Process Development
  • Experience in the Wire and Cable manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points
