About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) to join our Team in Poland as part of EEMEA Team who will be responsible for developing business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers in Masovian Region.

This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Poland Masovian Region.*​

Responsibilities: 

  • Support physicians during vascular/endovascular procedures as well as provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, and be accountable for your own investment budgets
  • Accountable for all aspects of managing business, including full account responsibility and accurate sales forecasting
  • Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines
  • Deal with a range of contact points within public hospital administrations and their purchasing departments
  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Support physicians during vascular/endovascular procedures as well as provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, and be accountable for your own investment budgets
  • Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities
  • Be an active member of a great and very experienced team
 

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Background in Vascular medical sales, with proven ability to work consultatively and collaboratively with medical professionals
  • Clinical experience in the catheter laboratory or operating theatre, ideally supporting vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists
  • Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success
  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and well-organized team-player, who will naturally interact with other colleagues in Poland and across Europe
  • Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence with a customer focus
  • Willingness to travel 80% of the time
  • Written and verbal fluency in Polish and English is required
