About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our Medical Division team in Barcelona who will drive new initiatives across business groups and functions within the EMEA Medical Products Division. Through careful prioritization, the result of these projects will ensure effectiveness and increase operational efficiency and standardization of tools, systems, and processes where applicable.
This position will be located at our facility in Barcelona.
- Drive and facilitate projects in multiple and diverse teams
- Prioritize business needs, be an advocate for the functional leaders and understand business requirements to be fulfilled within the project
- Process planning, design, and documentation
- Regular communication to key stakeholders, build project teams and seek their buy-in on commitments Taking responsibility for project milestones
- Ensure a successful Implementation in terms of objectives, timeline, and cost
- Business process analysis to ensure optimal efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
- 5 years working experience within an international business environment, with a proven record of at least 3 years spent working on and successfully deploying projects and related processes
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both remote and non-remote key stakeholders
- Analytical skills and process orientation
- High level understanding of how technical solutions can fulfil business needs and the ability to communicate these solutions to the applicable audience
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices.
- Ability to travel 15%
